Order Processing Time

Your custom artwork begins production within 3 hours of purchase. Once your order is created, it takes 1 to 3 business days for us to fulfill and dispatch it.

Important Notes

1. For UK Customers:

We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. Please provide an alternative address to avoid delays.

2. Shipment Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can click the link or use the tracking number on our website to track your package in real time.

3. Changing Your Shipping Address:

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us to update the shipping address.

If it has already shipped, you can contact the courier directly using the tracking link to request an update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

1. Keep an Eye on Tracking:

We recommend monitoring your order with the tracking link provided to avoid delivery issues. Once the package is handed to the courier, MagicMugshot is no longer responsible for its delivery.

2. If Your Package Is Lost or Stolen:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the courier directly to file a claim.

If there’s no movement on the tracking for more than 5 business days, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
